Did you know a member or a non-member who knows a member of the club can use the clubhouse for their very own social event. The club is a great venue for birthdays, anniversaries, christenings and parties, etc.
To find out more, simply contact Jane on 029 2061 6465 or email us with the following:
- your name
- if non-member the name of the member you know
- your contact details
- date of event
- time of the event
- the purpose of the event
- how many people will attend the event
- are you planning to have DJ, band, music player, entertainer, etc
- do you require the bar open
- do you have your own bar staff
IMPORTANT: Please note, we are very sorry but we do not allow 18 or 21 year old parties due to restrictions and our courtesy to local residents.

If you would like to get involved with Whitchurch Tennis Club we would welcome more volunteers to help with club publicity, bar duties and running the tuck shop on Saturday mornings. Please contact either the bar managers, publicity secretary or Rob the coach.
